What can you expect?

We are excited to continue our long-running series of Dresden PAT meetings in 2024! We have scheduled presentations on NIR-based PAT from industry experts, academic researchers, dedicated consultants, and other SMEs working in, on, and with PAT.

The 2024 Dresden PAT meeting will, as always, be an excellent opportunity to learn as well as discuss recent developments and trends in NIR PAT. We look forward to seeing you there!

Overview

As with our previous PAT meetings, the 2024 event will feature two days of presentations from PAT experts. Additionally, we will also offer a series of hands-on training sessions the day before the presentations start

PAT experts with a focus on multivariate analysis and chemometrics
User of SentroPAT equipment

Dates

December 2^nd, 2024:

Hands-on training
Meet and greet with the experts
Demonstrations of PAT using unit operation simulators

December 3^rd and 4^th, 2024:

Presentations from industrial users, R&D, and experts working closely or directly with NIR based PAT

HYPERION Hotel Dresden am Schloss

Located as close as possible to the historic city center if Dresden, the Hyperion offers excellent meeting facilities and, more importantly, rooms that allow attendees to rest and reflect on al the information gathered during the day!

Important note: Please note that reservations will be done via Sentronic and should not be done directly!

Cost

625,-EUR / Participant

Includes:

Full access on the 3^rd and 4^th incl. lunch and refreshments during the day
Dinner in the evening of the 3^rd
Optional: participation in the training and demo session on the 2^nd

Register before October 15th, 2024 and receive the early registration rate of 490,- EUR per participant!

Monday, December 2nd

A full day of hands-on training, tentatively scheduled to start at 10:00

Practical aspects for PAT implementations in Batch and Continuous Manufacturing
Tips and common user tricks for Sentronic PAT systems
NIR method development using Sentronic PAT instruments: model transfer, limits of detection, noise, stability
Probe types and unit operation simulators such as tablet press feed frame or spiderwheels
Multivariate analysis and chemometrics

Tuesday, December 3rd

Our full day of presentations will start at 9:00, but will include time for networking. The PAT Meeting will conclude for the day at 17:00. Participants will have time and are encouraged to explore the Christmas markets close to the hotel!

Around 19:30, we will happily host all participants for an event dinner at the hotel!

Wednesday, December 4th

Starting at 8:30, we will offer another series of diverse talks! The meeting will officially end at 13:00 - light refreshments and snacks are available for lunch for participants to enjoy and/or take for the road.
